President & Founder

Arda is the President and Founder of BoltRail. He oversees the business, including sales, engineering, and product development. Arda is a Professional Engineer who began his career as a Design Engineer with a structural engineering firm.

In 2005, he decided to branch out independently and established Acius Engineering. After repeatedly witnessing the results of poorly set anchor bolts in concrete, Arda set out to design a solution. Following eight years of design refinements, patent registrations, prototype development, and field trials, he launched the BoltRail template system.

As BoltRail grew and became established, the need for custom variations of BoltRail emerged. In 2023, Arda launched the BoltRail Custom Shop to meet this demand.

Arda is a proud father of four children and enjoys spending time with his family. If there is any time left in his schedule, he loves getting behind the lens of his camera.

Operations & Strategic Growth

As a co-founder of BoltRail, Leah concentrates on strategic growth, enhancing business performance, and refining operational systems.

Dedicated to excellence throughout her 20+ year career in 17 countries across North America, Europe and the South Pacific, Leah has extensive experience as a high-performance self-employed business owner and a team leader in customer service-focused positions. She has spent much of her career adapting to ever-changing on-site circumstances and schedule management. Leah has a strong ability to bridge vision with execution and clear leadership. As a skilled technical writer, she communicates in a clear and compelling manner.

Leah is passionate about her family, travelling, juggling, and theatre, and she holds the title of the wittiest BoltRail team member.

Vice President of Business Development

Independent Contractor

Gordon serves as Vice President of Business Development, operating as an independent contractor through G.P. Connections Inc. in partnership with BoltRail. In this role, he leads sales growth and revenue expansion initiatives, focusing on driving new business development and cultivating high-value strategic partnerships. Gordon is responsible for expanding market presence, strengthening client relationships, and accelerating top-line performance through targeted growth strategies.

With a results-oriented approach, Gordon focuses on pipeline development, strategic account acquisition, and converting growth opportunities into measurable revenue outcomes.

Gordon has extensive experience working with end users and distributors across North America in all aspects of sales, marketing, training, and partnerships.

Sales & Marketing Manager

Mel is the Sales & Marketing Manager and is responsible for sales and business development, order coordination, marketing management, and assisting with general business operations.

She has a keen eye for detail and is highly organized. With over 20 years in the service industry, Mel understands the importance of relationships, customer service, and follow-up.

With her training as a legal assistant, she delivers clear and detailed documentation and instructions. Mel is a proud mother to her daughter and loves to travel—especially to Germany to visit her family.

Manager Of Field Operations

Glen is the Manager of Field Operations and is responsible for assisting BoltRail clients with installation questions, developing best practices, and supporting product development.

Glen is a master builder with over 15 years of experience building and renovating both small and large residential properties. As a business owner, he has a strong sense of customer service and understands the importance of clear documentation and instructions.

He also spent seven years abroad teaching English, gaining invaluable communication and time management skills.

Glen enjoys spending time with his family, carving turns on the ski hill, and bringing out the thunder clubs on the golf course.
